Do I have to set up an account to process an order?
No, you have the option of setting up an account or just making a guest purchase. You can set up an account at checkout and you can access your account from the Account icon in the header.
For subscription orders via Newsstand UK you will need to set up your account, as this is where you can track your subscription, change your address and renew.
Where do you post to?
We currently ship to most countries in Europe and selected Rest of World countries. Newsstand UK will post worldwide.
How Long until My Order is processed?
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days of order placement and magazines will be sent out by 1st class post (UK) and priority mail for international orders.
What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?
Merchandise and single issue magazine orders - all ship by Royal Mail 1st class post (UK) and by International Priority Mail (Europe and Rest of World). Magazine subscriptions are sent by our mailing house, Newsstand UK and you will make your purchase via their website.
What happens if you are out of stock?
We try very hard to make sure this does not happen, but if you order anything we are unable to supply we will email within 1 working day to advise you and we will arrange with you whether you prefer a substitution or a refund/partial refund.
If we are not re-stocking an item it will be removed from sale as quickly as possible. Please check the full product description for updates about new stock and whether we will accept your order based on new stock arriving soon.
What if I want to make a return?
Please email email@example.com if you wish to make a merchandise return. There are no returns on magazines.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard and PayPal.
I can’t see all your issues available to buy?
We have sold out of some issues so they have been removed from the site.
Print Magazine Subscriptions
Will I get a subscription confirmation?
Your print subscription purchase will be via our partner, Newsstand UK. Please refer to the order process and Newsstand t&c when you make your purchase.
How do I update my subscription email or delivery address?
It is your responsibility to keep email and postal addresses up to date. If you have an account with Newsstand UK you can update your address details from within your account. For older subscription purchases, bought from us, please contact Diane Robaczynski (firstname.lastname@example.org) Second Front Media does not accept liability for issues arising from a lack of subscriber details or incorrect or out-of-date subscriber details.

Second Front Media is not liable for delivery delays or non-delivery where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our subcontractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving subcontractor employees.
